Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy required.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel with macros.
• Bookkeeping and financial accounting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) for local suppliers and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare AP vouchers, checks, and payment details for local suppliers, contractors, and others.
• Furnish BIR Form 2307 for taxes withheld at source.
• Prepare monthly withholding tax reports and cash disbursement summaries.
• Monitor and reconcile invoices and collections; manage delivery receipts and aging reports.
• Assist in interim and annual audits and inventory counts.
