A technology services provider in Pasig is seeking an Accounting Specialist to assist with financial reporting, analysis, and tax preparation. The ideal candidate is a graduate of Accountancy, at least 21 years old, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position in the Finance and Accounting/Auditing function.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly reports: Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
• Prepare and analyze journal vouchers and other adjusting entries.
• Prepare and analyze schedules of balance sheet accounts and expense accounts.
• Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly variance report (Actual vs. Budget).
• Prepare and analyze Bank Reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of Annual Alphabetical List (alphalist) reports.
• Assist in the preparation of Quarterly Income Tax Return.
• Check, verify and ascertain correctness of receipts and supporting documents.
