Responsibilities

• Directly reports to Corporate Accounting Head.
• Conducts spot checking of purchases to prevent fraud.
• Payroll Assistant in all payroll activities.
• Maintains Purchase Books.
• Checks vouchers against purchase orders and invoices.
• Manages government remittances (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BIR).
• Prepares accruals at year-end.
• Provides IT support as needed.

• College Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly reports to Corporate Accounting Head.
• Conducts spot checking of Purchases to prevent fraud.
• Payroll Assistant in all payroll activities.
• Maintains Purchase Books.
• Checks vouchers against purchase order and invoices.
• Timely and Accurate Completion of Reports (Government Remittances, Alphalist) and Government Remittances (SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BIR)
• Timely and Accurate Preparation of Other Employee Benefits (SSS Maternity Advance, Sickness, Maternity
• Communication with Internal Customers (Employees / Department)
• Prepares Accruals every end of the year.
• Provides assistance on computer problems and other technical concerns.
