Job summary

Integrated Packaging Corporation in Caloocan is seeking a fresh graduate for an on-site, full-time accounting support role. The successful candidate will assist the department head, ensure accurate data entries and filing of accounting documents, and help maintain confidentiality of all financial records.

The position welcomes fresh graduates with 1 year related experience; training will be provided, and duties include supporting the Sales Department and double-checking documents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accountancy or any related field.
• Shall be responsible for providing general support to the Department Head.
• Shall ensure accurate data entries and filing of accounting documents.
• Shall keep the confidentiality of all accounting documents about finance and other bank statements.
• Shall provide support double checking all needed documents for Sales Department.
• Should be keen to details and immediately confer with the management all noted discrepancies from Accounting Payables and Receivables.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned when the need arises
• With 1 year experience but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
