Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies seeks an Accounting / Sales Officer to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role covers AP/AR reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and cash flow preparation with a focus on accurate monthly financial statements.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in management accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems. On-site work in the Philippines with opportunities for growth and development is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years in management accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the Budgeting and Forecasting.
• AP and AR Reconciliations.
• Bank Reconciliations.
• Cash Flow preparation.
• Monthly preparation of Financial Statements.
• Variance Analysis of all accounts and transactions.

Essential Responsibility and Function:

• Assisting with the Budgeting and Forecasting
• AP and AR Reconciliations
• Bank Reconciliations
• Cash Flow preparation
• Monthly preparation of Financial Statements
• Variance Analysis of all accounts and transactions
• Overseeing the Costing and Ratios of costs with regards to sales
• At least aBachelor's Degree in Accountancyor Accounting related course.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience in management accounting
• General understanding of PFRS and other accounting regulations and principles
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Experience inusing any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills
