Job summary

Millennium Properties and Brokerage Incorporated is seeking an accounting Assistant to support various accounting operations in our Manila office. You will conduct document completeness checks, perform spot fund verifications, and monitor bill arrangements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a B.S. in Accountancy or equivalent, at least 1 year of related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in accounting.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Hospitality/Training Center/School background preferred.
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in different accounting operations.
• Perform regular checks with the completeness of documents for the concerned departments.
• Conduct spot checks of funds.
• Monitor, update and follow up on bill arrangements.
• Revisit policies and procedures and recommend improvements.
• Report any discrepancies and conduct investigations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
