Eight-8-Ate Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Officer for the Corporate Office. You will prepare financial reports, validate accounting entries, and analyze income statement balances against budgets to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accountancy (CPA preferred), 2–3 years of people management, and warehouse inventory experience. Willing to be assigned at FTI Arca South, Taguig; join a growing food and restaurant operator.

Qualifikationen

• Warehouse inventory experience for financial reporting.
• 2–3 years of people management experience.

Aufgaben

• Prepares, validates, submit and/or files financial reports (financial statement, cost of sales, price value analysis, intercompany reconciliation, asset depreciation).
• Conducts account analysis to ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries.
• Validates encoded quantities in month-end inventory count; coordinates new item with Inventory Custodians and inventory accuracy with Store Operations.
• Analyzes the comparison of actual income statement balances with the budget.
• Able to exemplify and coach direct reports.
• Amenable to start ASAP and willing to be assigned in FTI Arca South, Taguig.

Accounting Officer - EIGHT8ATE (Corporate Office)

Responsible for preparation of financial reports. Analyzes and validates the accuracy and timeliness of the accounting entries and analyze the actual income statement balances in comparison to the budget and other financial balances.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related accounting course
• Preferably a Certifies Public Accountant
• With warehouse inventory experience for financial reporting.
• At least 2 to 3 years of people management experience
