1. Education

   • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

   • Master’s degree (MBA or MA in Accounting) is an advantage

2. Professional Certification

   • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred or required

   • Other certifications such as CMA or ACCA are an advantage

3. Work Experience

   • At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

   • Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred

4. Technical Skills

   • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
