Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accountancy required.
• CPA required.
• 10+ years in accounting.
• 5+ years managerial experience.
• Experience in credit & collection, treasury and admin functions.
• Well-versed in PFRS and updated in BIR regulations.
• Working knowledge of accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Willing to work in Marikina City.

Aufgaben

• Assists in carrying out the accounting activities including cost and general accounting, reports generation, taxation and reconciliation.
• Hire/train/lead accounting personnel and supervise department tasks.
• Improve department controls, systems and procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee daily accounting activities and month-end/year-end reports.
• Ensure accounting processes align with GAAP and financial regulations.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management, vendors, lenders.
• Assist other departments in financial planning and decision making.
