About the role

We are seeking a result driven, highly meticulous Accounting Manager to join our team in Mandaluyong City. As the Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a team with a particular focus on BIR Tax Compliance, manufacturing cost tracking, financial analysis and reporting and budgeting and forecasting. Job Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial forecasts. This involves analyzing production costs, overhead, and operational expenses to optimize profitability and maintain financial stability
Supervision and Team Management
Supervise the accounting team, delegate tasks, train new staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting procedures.
Compliance and Internal Controls
Ensure compliance with BIR, legal, regulatory, and internal standards. This includes overseeing audits, implementing accounting policies, and maintaining internal controls to prevent discrepancies or financial misstatements
Cash Flow and Financial Health Management
Monitor cash flow, manage accounts receivable and payable, and ensure timely processing of transactions. Effective cash flow management supports operational efficiency and long-term financial planning
Project Planning and Problem-Solving
Plan financial projects, set timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Identify issues quickly and implement solutions to maintain smooth financial operations
Strategic Financial Insights
