Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, with CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience, with 2–3 in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, PH tax rules, and financial reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, audit coordination, and internal controls.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger, and reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and tax filing requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance for planning.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Identify improvements to processes, systems, and efficiency.
