Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• At least four years of solid general accounting experience.
• Proficiency in SAP systems.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities for accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with applicable standards and regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasts.
• Monitor performance against budgets, analyze variances, and report findings to management.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to protect assets and ensure accuracy of records.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local tax requirements and liaise with external accountants.
• Guide the accounting team and manage work schedules to meet deadlines.
• Provide timely financial information to support decision-making and identify process improvements.
