The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting experience, managerial or supervisory exposure, and strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Knowledgeable in tax compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented and analytical.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review financial statements and accounting reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Manage tax filings, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and account balances.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and other financial partners.
• Provide financial insights and reports to support business decisions.
