The role leads month-end and year-end closes, financial reporting, tax compliance, fixed asset management, audit coordination, and continuous process improvements, while providing leadership, guidance, and strong business partnership to support organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and CPA certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare statutory and regional financial reports.
• Ensure IFRS/IAS compliance and internal controls.
• Coordinate tax compliance and reporting.
• Lead audits and provide finance business partnership.
• Manage fixed asset ledger and depreciation.
