Jardine Distribution, Inc. in Makati seeks an Accounting Manager to oversee management reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance, ensuring accurate financial records.

You will lead month-end close, prepare management reports and balance sheet reconciliations, and support audits, working cross-functionally across departments. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accountancy, CPA preferred, with 3–5 years in accounting, reporting, budgeting, and tax, plus strong Excel and accounting systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related finance; CPA license preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit support, and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and cost/profit center analysis.
• Knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, BIR reporting requirements, and audit processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the month-end closing process and ensure timely submission of financial reports.
• Prepare and present management reports, financial analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review and analyze profit centers, cost centers, profitability reports, and outstanding accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and budget-versus-actual reports.
• Oversee tax computations, BIR compliance, tax reconciliations, and tax return filings.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements and support BIR audits.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Perform other accounting, reporting, and tax-related duties as assigned.
