A construction solutions provider in Rizal is seeking a skilled Finance Officer to oversee financial reporting, budget management, and payroll administration. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with 5-10 years of experience. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial reporting are essential. This is a full-time on-site position with excellent benefits, and the candidate must be willing to work in Taytay, Rizal.

Financial Accounting and Reporting

• Develops a system for timely and accurate financial statements reporting
• Develops, implements, and ensures compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
• Develops and maintains accurate and complete documentation for all financial transactions
• Reviews monthly results of operation and implements variance reporting once budget has been established
• Checks and validates statutory requirements with regards to withholding taxes of employees and contractors, tax returns, and other related government mandated requirements on reporting
• Assists the President with financial reporting as required in regular Board meetings
• Prepares all financial information and other requirements for the annual audit and liaise with the external auditors
• Oversees bookkeeping function to ensure maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, inventory, and cost of sales

Internal Control and Risks Management

• Develops and maintains internal control system
• Evaluates risk management policies and procedures to minimize organizational risks and exposures
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure financial information and documents are safely secured
• Evaluates existing organizational insurance coverage

Budget Planning & Management

• Establishes guidelines for budget, forecast preparation, and consolidates departments budgets to come up with the annual budget plan
• Ensures company’s sustainability by managing the resources e.g. cash flow and cash flow projections
• Negotiates with bank for credit lines and facilities

Payroll Administration

• Oversees payroll functions to implement timely and accurate manner of payroll crediting
• Oversees timely and accurate statutory and benefits remittance
• Validates annual reporting of employees’ compensation taxes
• Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 5-10 years progressive experience in accounting and finance
• CPA board passer is an advantage, but not required.
• Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
• Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
• Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
• Strong financial system and business administration understanding.
• Willing to be assigned in Taytay, Rizal
• Willing to work immediately.
