1ROTARY TRADING CORPORATION is seeking an Accounting Manager (AP, GL, Treasury) to lead the daily operations of the accounting department in the Philippines. The role requires implementing efficient methods for tracking financial data, ensuring accurate posting to chart of accounts, and producing reports for business and regulatory needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, with at least five years of manager-level experience in retail or related industries, and

• Strong knowledge of general accounting and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Accounting Department.
• Develop efficient methods for tracking financial data.
• Post transactions accurately to chart of accounts and balance sheets and produce required reports.
• Conduct financial audits to verify data accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in variance analysis in line with business strategies.

Accounting Manager (AP, GL, Treasury)

Key Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees the daily operations of the Accounting Department.
• Creates efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data.
• Oversees effective and timely posting of transactions in the financial system on their corresponding chart of accounts and balance sheets to produce the needed financial reports needed for business and regulatory requirements.
• Conducts financial audits for the purpose of verifying the accuracy and reliability of the financial data and carried out through the examination of financial transactions.
• Assist business in analyzing variance and variations from stated strategies at business and segment

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Must have at least five years (5) Manager level work experience from retail companies and related industries.
• Extensive Knowledge of General Accounting or in finance related work
• Technology savvy, must be proficient in using financial software.
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Amenable to work on-site in BGC, Taguig
