Safeguard Global is seeking a Manager - Accounting & Entity Management to lead a portfolio of global clients from a technical accounting and service-delivery standpoint, ensuring timely and accurate accounting services to empower client growth.

The role emphasizes coaching, resource planning, client satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize policies, expand client engagement, and deliver outstanding service in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operations experience, preferably in accounting services.
• 2+ years experience as supervisor or team leader.
• Knowledge of building efficient business processes and team performance metrics.
• Ability to plan/manage strategically and operationally using metrics to allocate resources.
• Proven track record of growing internal talent and preparing people for expanded responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure the team delivers contracted accounting & entity management tasks with exceptional service.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Maintain documentation of procedures and processes at multiple levels.
• Address client escalations and drive route-cause analyses where appropriate.

The role in a nutshell:

The Manager - Accounting & Entity Management will be responsible for managing a portfolio of global clientsfrom a Technical Accounting & Service delivery perspective, utilizing significant client relationship experience for timely & accurate delivery of accounting services to empower our client’s growth ambitions.

• Provide coaching to team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure that the team performs the scope of work effectively while delivering exceptional service toexisting customers, ensuring that everyone is working towards their individual, team and companygoals.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet work objectives and deadlines.
• Responsible for the delivery of relevant Accounting & Entity management contracted tasks.
• Responsible for Procedures & processes documentation (Process level, client level, country level)
• Responsible Client satisfaction under their portfolio
• Responsible for working with other clients facing managers to manage client escalations through toresolution, undertaking route cause analysis where appropriate.
• Input to the ongoing Development on AEM Service Portfolio, Oversight on AEM Profit & Loss
• Work closely with other departments to understand processes and provide insights.
• Make recommendations for improving effectiveness of policies and procedures, maximizing newclient engagement and developing plans to meet future needs.
• Always adheres to and demonstrate the Safeguard Global company values leading by example to directreports. Ensure that duties, responsibilities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined andunderstood

• 5+ years operations experience, preferably experience in accounting services.
• 2+ years experience as supervisor or team leader
• In-depth knowledge of building efficient businessprocesses and team performance metrics.
• Demonstrated record of experience in planning andmanaging at both a strategic and operational levelusing metrics to both measure success but alsodetermine the required resources in a planningcapacity.
• Demonstrated track record of growing internal talentand preparing people for new and expandedresponsibilities.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Team organizationchanges and its impact on performance.
• In-depth knowledge of Accounting Principles, thorough knowledge of Accounting & Entity Management services, concepts, and practices,tools, and processes for identifying processimprovements.
• Excellent oral communication skills and the ability toresolve misunderstandings and errors in a diplomaticmanner.
• Consultative abilities & interpersonal skills withvarying levels of customers and partners.
• Excellent prioritization skills: ability to work in adynamic, rapidly changing environment by prioritizingappropriately.
• Demonstrate flexibility & adaptability in challengingsituations showing good judgement.
• Significant problem-solving skills that show a flair forcreativity as befits the situation.
