Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide strategic financial insights.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience guiding an accounting team.

What’ You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required)


• Proven track record as an Accounting Manager in the same or similar industry, driving financial success in a fast-paced environment


• Expert knowledge of Philippine accounting principles, regulations, and industry standards.


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights


• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office.


• Excellent leadership abilities, with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams


• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and precision


• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to stakeholders
