Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, tax filing requirements, and other statutory obligations.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial performance to support business planning and decision-making.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, financial systems, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
