Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and MS Excel is required.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining financial records and accounting documents.
• Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems or spreadsheets.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including checking invoices, preparing vouchers, and monitoring payments.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monitoring of company expenses.
• Help prepare financial reports, summaries, and other accounting-related documents.
• Organize and file accounting records, receipts, invoices, and other confidential documents.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding billing, payments, and document requests.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and email correspondence.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and records.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the Head.
