Qualifications

• Current accounting student or fresh graduate with Accountancy degree
• Strong basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office proficiency
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping assistance: record daily collections, payments, purchases, and expenses.
• Document management: file and organize receipts, inspection sheets, and delivery certificates.
• Data encoding: encode receipts for cash advances and maintain ledgers.
• Invoicing support: prepare and write Sales and Collection Receipts when needed.
• Administrative support: handle filing, mail, and routine requests.
• Reporting support: gather data for weekly/monthly balance sheets and P&L statements.
• Team collaboration: coordinate with departments to ensure smooth department operations.
