Job summary

Mount Carmel Medical Center is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant to lead hospital accounting functions in Pampanga. The role requires 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within finance, with strong knowledge of PFRS and tax regulations.

Candidates should be proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel, and demonstrate integrity, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Certified Public Accountant designation required or preferred.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in hospital or healthcare accounting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Philippines Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
• Familiarity with government reporting requirements (BIR, SSS, Philhealth, and other agencies).
• Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
