ERA Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Head to lead and manage the company's accounting operations, overseeing financial reporting, maintaining accurate accounting records, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA (or equivalent) preferred, and at least 3 years of proven experience in senior accounting roles.

CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
3+ years as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.
Process-oriented with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Head to lead and manage the company's accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, maintaining accurate accounting records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification preferred
At least 3 years of proven experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
Process-oriented and with high attention to detail and accuracy
