Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tagging and monitoring fixed assets
• Ensure timely checking of all invoices of the supplier prior to payment
• Issue invoices to customers and ensure that receivables are collected promptly
• Collect sales taxes from customers and remit them to the government
• Records cash receipts and makes money deposits to banks
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of every bank account
• Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure that they are right and accurate
• Issue financial statements
• Assemble information for external auditors for the annual audit
• Calculate and issue a financial analysis of financial statements
• Maintain that all expenses are still covered under the annual budget
• Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to the management
• Comply with local and national government reporting requirements
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the management when needed
• Coordinate with the external auditor regarding documents needed in BIR Tax Compliances
• Other Accounting duties that may arise
