Qualifications

• Experience in accounting staff role or similar
• Ability to handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Familiarity with bank reconciliations and journal entries

Responsibilities

• Ensures the timely and accurate preparation of invoices
• Monitors and reviews cash receipts and cash disbursements
• Manages accounts payables and accounts receivables
• Reconciles daily and monthly transactions with bank balances
• Filing of monthly and quarterly BIR Tax Returns
• Monitors monthly sales and expenses report
• Manages payments for utilities, payroll, government taxes and obligations, and other charges
• Prepares bank transactions
• Monitors and issues vouchers to employees
• Prepares journal entries and records transactions on accounting books
• Prepares reports and documents covering accounting and finance transactions for management review
• Other task and projects which, from time to time, may be required by management
