Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in a similar role with proven budget management and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS, PAS, and BIR regulations.
• Experience with budgeting/forecasting software is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (English & Filipino).
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Amenable to work onsite at Escolta Street, Binondo, Manila.

The Accounting & Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS), Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations. This role leads the budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes, while providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. The manager will also mentor the accounting team and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen financial accountability and operational efficiency
