Job summary

RCBC Leasing and Finance Corporation seeks an Accounting Division Head to oversee the company’s accounting records and regulatory compliance with BSP, SEC, and the BIR. This leadership role directs all accounting-related functions and ensures accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

The successful candidate will manage financial reporting, regulatory submissions, tax computations, and coordination with external auditors, driving governance and financial discipline across the organization.

Qualifications

• Licensed CPA with diverse accounting and solid leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in banking and finance, featuring accounting, auditing, and taxation.
• Knowledgeable in regulatory reporting, tax laws, and financial governance within the banking and finance sector.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Oversight: Report the financial status to the President and oversee monthly and year-end trial balances and internal management reports.
• Regulatory Compliance & Tax Management: Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual BSP and SEC reporting; review tax computations and tax examinations.
• Audit & External Liaison: Engage with external auditors, review schedules, and approve financial statements during audits.

Job description

The Accounting Division Head manages the overall accounting records and regulatory compliance across governing bodies such as the BIR, BSP, and SEC. This leadership role oversees all accounting-related functions.

How Will You Contribute

• Financial Reporting & Oversight: Report the financial status of the company to the President, review daily and month-end Trial Balances, and oversee internal reports submitted to management, units, and the parent bank.


• Regulatory Compliance & Tax Management: Review and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual BSP and SEC financial reports. Review and approve tax computations and handle coordination during tax examinations.


• Audit & External Liaison: Direct interactions with independent external auditors, reviewing schedules, reports, and approving financial statements during annual audits.
