Job summary

Negros Longlife Corporation (Bacolod) seeks an Accounting Assistant to support the Accounting Officer, Supervisors and Finance Head with basic bookkeeping and budgeting tasks.

You will record transactions from sales and other departments for encoding to accounting systems, ensure accuracy of financial statements and assist in preparing reports for payables, receivables, inventory and general accounting. Detail-oriented and reliable candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• maintains records and budgets
• drafts financial documents and reports
• records transactions from sales and other departments for encoding to accounting systems
• ensures accuracy and completeness of financial statements and schedules
• assists in the preparation and processing of accounting reports (sales, payables, receivables, inventory, general accounting)
• renders accounting-related support to Management
• performs other tasks as assigned
