Sensor Scientific Philippines, Inc. is seeking a finance professional to prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decisions.

The role covers month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing, including reconciliations, statutory reporting, and tax compliance with Philippine regulations. Collaboration with auditors and regulators is required, with a focus on internal controls and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
• Manage statutory reporting requirements and ensure compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements.
• Support tax compliance activities, including VAT, withholding taxes, corporate income tax, PEZA requirements, and other government filings.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory agencies during audits and compliance reviews.
• Review accounting transactions and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Ensure accurate execution of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Monitor compliance with internal control requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Assist in maintaining fixed asset records, capitalization reviews, and periodic asset verification.
• Provide support in inventory reconciliations and manufacturing cost analysis as needed
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities by providing financial data and analysis.
• Perform ad-hoc financial, tax, and compliance analyses as required by management.
