Job summary

Qualifications

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to be assigned in Invoicing, Payables, or Compliance functions

Responsibilities

Process and record financial transactions accurately and timely.
Prepare and maintain accounting records and reports.
Assist in invoice processing and accounts payable monitoring.
Support tax, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Monitor submission of reports and compliance deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and government agencies when necessary.
Perform reconciliations and assist in month-end reporting activities.
Carry out other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
