Job summary

Solidmax Construction Corp. is seeking an Accounting Associate to join the team in the Philippines. The role focuses on supporting accounting transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with AP/AR tasks using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of coordinating with other departments. Fresh graduates are welcome, with at least 1 year of relevant experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; fresh graduates welcome
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience encouraged to apply
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Familiar with basic accounting principles and processes
• Experience with accounting/ERP software such as Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks or similar systems
• Willing to learn and adapt to new software and procedures
• Detail-oriented and organized in handling financial records and documents
• Can work independently and coordinate with other departments
• Good communication and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and recording of accounting transactions
• Encode and maintain accurate accounting and financial records
• Assist in monitoring invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other supporting documents
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Help prepare reports and schedules using Microsoft Excel
• Assist in reconciling records and checking financial documents
• Support the Accounting Department in day-to-day activities
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
