Unknown Company in Santo Tomas, Batangas is seeking an Accounting Assistant Supervisor to oversee accounting functions on site. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and at least 3 years of accounting experience.

You should be available for face-to-face interviews and able to start immediately. Responsibilities include bank reporting, salary advances management, inventory records, and preparation of financial statements along with tax filings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare bank reports including bank reconciliation, cash position reports, and bank balance reports.
• Prepare and monitor advances to officers/employees and salary deductions.
• Manage inventory records, including fixed assets, and prepare related inventory reports.
• Submit and BIR stamp the Annual Financial Statements (AFS) along with the Annual ITR.
• Prepare journal entries and trial balances.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree Holder in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years experience in all facets of accounting
• Amenable to attend face to face interviews
• Working in a Manufacturing Company is an advantage
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare essential bank reports, including bank reconciliation, cash position reports, and bank balance reports.
• Prepare and monitor advances to officers/employees and other accounts subject to salary deductions.
• Manage and maintain all inventory records, including fixed assets, and prepare related inventory reports.
• Facilitate the submission and BIR stamping of the Annual Financial Statements (AFS) along with the Annual ITR.
• Prepare journal entries and trial balances.
