Job summary

Bermaz Auto Berhad (Mazda & XPeng) in Santo Tomas, Batangas, is seeking an Accounting Assistant Supervisor to oversee accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role is on-site with a Monday to Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare essential bank reports, including bank reconciliation, cash position reports, and bank balance reports.
• Prepare and monitor advances to officers/employees and other accounts subject to salary deductions.
• Manage and maintain all inventory records, including fixed assets, and prepare related inventory reports.
• Facilitate the submission and BIR stamping of the Annual Financial Statements (AFS) along with the Annual ITR.
• Prepare journal entries and trial balances.
