Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and team orientation.
• Prior experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately recording financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Experience with the Odoo accounting software is required.
• Regularly reconciling bank statements and financial records for accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports, including bank settlements.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely remittances and reporting to government agencies.
• Assist with tax returns, alpha lists, and quarterly certificates.
• Help with audits by providing necessary documentation.
