• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Extensive accounting experience, supervisory/leadership.
• Strong knowledge of local accounting standards, taxation, and government compliance.
• Clear communicator with ability to present insights to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with leadership and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting and ensure timely, accurate data for decisions.
• Ensure timely submission of audited financials and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Accounting and Materials Management Department; mentor and develop the team.
• Drive process improvements to increase accuracy and speed of workflows.
• Provide financial insights to guide budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
