Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in the Philippines seeks an Accounting Assistant, Accounting to Reporting who will record transactions in the general ledger in line with SLA and global policies under supervision.

You will post journal entries, reconcile balances, perform intercompany confirmations, and assist with fixed assets processing and monthly close. Strong English, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with integrity and openness.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries in general ledger
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and intercompany confirmations
• Process fixed asset transactions and provide various reports
• Perform financial statement analysis and adjustments
• Perform bank reconciliation and close activities monthly
• Identify, rectify and document issues in logs
• Submit monthly and quarterly unit consolidation reports
