Premiumbikes Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking an entry-level to junior Accountant to support day-to-day general accounting operations. The role focuses on recording transactions, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end closing activities.

The ideal candidate is a BS Accountancy graduate with up to 1 year of experience in general accounting; fresh graduates are welcome. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and ledger reconciliation is required.

Formación

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related accounting or finance course.
• At least 1 year of experience in General Accounting or a related accounting function is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, general accounting processes, journal entries, general ledger, and account reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and record journal entries and other general accounting transactions.
• Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts and investigating discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, supporting documents, and financial reports.
• Review and verify accounting transactions and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial statements.
• Maintain organized accounting records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and document-related concerns.
• Assist in providing supporting documents for internal and external audits.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY
