Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter financial data (invoices, receipts, payments) into spreadsheets.
• Maintain orderly filing systems (digital and paper).
• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Verify purchase orders, receipts, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Issue customer invoices and track payments.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and update records.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and account balances.
• Monitor and update general ledger accounts.
• Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Assist in audits, budgeting, and tax filings.
