Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements for accuracy.
• Process payroll and expense reimbursements.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain and update general ledger entries.
• Support tax preparation and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting as required.
• Perform data entry and document organization.
