Job summary

RSO Architecture is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and compliance for the Philippines operations.

You will mentor the accounting and finance team, ensure adherence to PFRS/GAAP, and strengthen internal controls while coordinating with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• CPA certification highly preferred or required.
• 5–10+ years in accounting/finance with 3+ years in management.
• Experience in health insurance companies is a plus.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance.

• Experience: 5 to 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experienced working in Health Insurance Company is a plus but not required.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of local tax regulations and accounting frameworks (e.g., PFRS/GAAP).
