Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group seeks an Accounting Analyst to ensure tax compliance, manage financial reporting, and support budgeting in a global operations environment.

The role requires CPA preferred and 2–3 years in general accounting, with focus on GST, FBT, Income Tax, and external reporting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams across regions is expected.

Proficiency in Excel and Oracle ERP is desirable to improve accuracy and efficiency during monthly closes and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred)
• 2–3 years of general accounting experience
• Experience with an Indian legal entity is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting
• Proficient in English communication

Responsibilities

• Tax compliance and reporting, including GST, FBT, and Income Tax.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for stakeholders.
• Lead monthly and yearly close, entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Support audits and respond to audit findings.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by management
