Job summary

Relx Plc in Manila is seeking an Accounting Analyst I to perform entry-level accounting analysis across ledgers, reconciliations, and reporting. The role supports budgeting/forecasting and statutory activity within standardized procedures and with guidance.

You will work with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft) and leverage advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills to input, analyze, and present data. This is a full-time position based in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS Access and MS Project is a plus.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to multi-task.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Quick learner of enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting analysis across ledger, reconciliations, and transactions.
• Assist with reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and statutory activity.
• Extract data and input into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Produce simple graphs/charts for inclusion in reports.
• Adhere to organization's policies and regulatory codes.
• Develop procedural/technical skills through training and coaching.
