Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and perform inventory counts.
• Analyze revenue accounts and prepare monthly commissions.
• Ensure compliance with BIR reporting regulations.
• Prebilling and finalized GP.
• Clear customer accounts.
• Book accruals and other income accounts.
• Provide necessary adjusting entries for income statement accounts.
• Prepare monthly commission for operations.
• Prepare profit and loss reports.
• Prepare BIR compliance reports (ORB and VAT).
• Provide external audit samples.
• Filing and scanning of documents.

• Prebilling and finalized GP
• Clearing of customer's account
• Booking of accruals and other income accounts
• Provide necessary adjusting entries for income statement account
• Preparation of monthly commission for operations
• Profit and loss report

Minimum Qualifications
