Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a technically skilled Accounting Advisory Services Supervisor to support engagements related to financial reporting, IFRS/local GAAP implementation, and transaction-based advisory services. You will supervise junior team members and work with clients on regulatory and financial reporting requirements.

Ideal candidates have strong technical accounting knowledge, audit or advisory background, and experience interpreting accounting standards.

Qualifications

Strong IFRS/local GAAP knowledge and regulatory familiarity.
Experience in audit, advisory, or financial reporting engagements.
Ability to interpret complex accounting issues and provide solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to supervise, coach junior staff, and manage client engagements components.
Proficient in Excel and Word; familiarity with financial reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support accounting advisory engagements including IFRS/local GAAP implementation and policy reviews.
Supervise and review junior staff work for technical accuracy and completeness.
Prepare technical memos, position papers, and client presentations.
Research complex accounting issues and apply evolving standards.
Coordinate with clients to gather information and ensure timely project delivery.
Contribute to development of templates, tools, and methodologies.
Monitor project timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
Stay updated on accounting and regulatory changes.
