Job summary

AtlasOffice, Inc. in Makati City is seeking an experienced Accountant to maintain and enhance financial accounting and reporting processes, supporting the organisation's strategic objectives.

You will supervise daily accounting operations, ensure timely transactions, complete bank reconciliations, and file taxes and government compliances while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• -
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in financial/services
• -
• Proficient in accounting software, spreadsheets and financial reporting tools.
• -
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• -
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with financial judgement.
• -
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in the implementation of Accounting Standards
• -
• Supervise the daily accounting operations of the assigned companies
• -
• Check, verify and post all transactions into the system daily
• -
• Ensure all transactions are accounted for by performing Bank Reconciliations before closing
• -
• Record Closing/Adjusting Journal Entries and Closing of Company Books
• -
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records; timely filing and remittances of taxes and government compliances
• -
• Perform other duties as assigned
