AtlasOffice, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. The role will support financial accounting and reporting processes and contribute to the organisation's strategic objectives.

You will ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, oversee daily operations, perform bank reconciliations, and manage closing entries. A bachelor’s in accounting and 3+ years of relevant experience are preferred, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in financial or professional services.
• Proficient in accounting software, spreadsheets and financial reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in the implementation of Accounting Standards.
• Supervise daily accounting operations of the assigned company.
• Post all transactions into the system daily and timely.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation prior to final closing of books.
• Record Closing / Adjusting Journal Entries / Closing of Company Books.
• Ensure accuracy of Accounting Records.
• File and remit taxes and government compliances on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the role

ATLASOFFICE, INC.' is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our financial accounting and reporting processes, supporting the overall strategic objectives of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure consistency in the implementation of Accounting Standards
• Supervise the daily accounting operations of the assigned companies
• Checks, verifies and posts all transactions into the system daily/timely
• Ensure all transactions are accounted for, by performing the Bank Reconciliation prior to final closing of books
• Timely recording of Closing / Adjusting Journal Entries / Closing of Company Books
• Ensure Accuracy of Accounting Records
• Responsible for timely filing and remittances of all types of applicable taxes and government compliances
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the financial services or professional services industry
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financially sound recommendations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
