ATLASOFFICE, INC. is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. You will maintain financial accounting processes and support strategic objectives.

You will supervise daily operations, ensure timely transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare journal entries for closings while ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with sound financial judgment
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Ensure consistency in the implementation of Accounting Standards

• Record and post all transactions timely in the system
• Conduct bank reconciliations prior to closing books
• Process closing journals and finalize company books

About the role

ATLASOFFICE, INC.' is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our financial accounting and reporting processes, supporting the overall strategic objectives of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure consistency in the implementation of Accounting Standards
• Supervise the daily accounting operations of the assigned companies
• Checks, verifies and posts all transactions into the system daily/timely
• Ensure all transactions are accounted for, by performing the Bank Reconciliation prior to final closing of books
• Timely recording of Closing / Adjusting Journal Entries / Closing of Company Books
• Ensure Accuracy of Accounting Records
• Responsible for timely filing and remittances of all types of applicable taxes and government compliances
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the financial services or professional services industry
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financially sound recommendations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
