Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts across all Royal Clean branches
• Process monthly payroll and ensure correct computation of deductions and government contributions
• Prepare and file BIR returns - VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and other applicable filings
• Reconcile bank statements and inter-branch accounts monthly
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audit processes
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and flag overdue items
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)

About This Role

Royal Clean has been operating in the Philippines since 1987 across 8 branches in Metro Manila and Cavite. We are hiring an Accountant to manage the financial operations that keep our branches running - from day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll to BIR filings and management reporting.

Accountant jobs with Royal Clean require a CPA license or a relevant accounting degree, plus hands-on experience with Philippine tax regulations and BIR compliance. This is a head office-level role with visibility across all branches and can be applied for at any hiring branch including Quezon City.

What You Will Do

• Maintain accurate books of accounts across all Royal Clean branches
