The candidate will maintain books across eight branches, process payroll, file BIR returns, reconcile accounts, and prepare formal financial statements.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of BIR compliance, VAT, and withholding tax.
• Proficient in accounting software – experience with ERPNext or QuickBooks is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and ensure correct computation of deductions and government contributions.
• Prepare and file BIR returns -- VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and other applicable filings.
• Reconcile bank statements and inter-branch accounts monthly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audit processes.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and flag overdue items.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).

About This Role

Royal Clean has been operating in the Philippines since 1987 across 8 branches in Metro Manila and Cavite. We are hiring an Accountant to manage the financial operations that keep our branches running -- from day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll to BIR filings and management reporting.

Accountant jobs in Makati with Royal Clean require a CPA license or a relevant accounting degree, plus hands-on experience with Philippine tax regulations and BIR compliance. This is a head office-level role with visibility across all branches.

What You Will Do

• Maintain accurate books of accounts across all Royal Clean branches
